Jaspers was located in historic downtown Medford until the early 80's when we relocated to our present location...Today Jaspers specializes in gourmet hamburgers, hot dogs and sandwiches...our ground beef is delivered fresh daily, never frozen.

Jaspers is not a fast food restaurant... but specializes in fresh, bountiful meals all cooked to order. Creating quality hamburgers is a "science" at Jaspers and our dedicated staff tries very hard to take great care of each and every item they prepare for you.
